Cooler Master, leader in innovative gaming peripherals and computer components, announces the debut of ControlPad, an innovative new control method for gamers, creative professionals, musicians and more.
What is Controlpad?
Cooler Master ControlPad is made of sleek brushed aluminum and features 24 mechanical keys available in Cherry MX Red or Gateron Red switch types. It is fully programmable through easy to use software, has a removable wrist rest for comfort, two scroll wheels, RGB backlit. The new Cooler Master ControlPad exploits Aimpad technology, that give mechanical keyboards the precision control comparable to gaming controllers, steering wheels, and aviation joysticks .
ControlPad for Gaming Thanks to analog control in digital inputs, with Aimpad users can control speed, yaw, adjust pitch, creep, and roll. During driving games Aimpad can make smooth turns or ease into gentle curves by changing the distance of the keypress.
ControlPad for Professional ControlPad can be used for production and editing applications; you can apply presets, switch tools, adjust opacity, thickness, or size during brush strokes with pressure sensitive inputs on ControlPad.
Cooler Master has also implemented macro presets and control schemes for several video games and popular applications for consumer and professional use. This includes actions and shortcuts for Adobe Suite, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and more. To make ControlPad more usable with professional applications, Cooler Master is working to design dedicated keycap sets.
