Intel ARC A750 gpu latest driver benchmark - What changes?
Since the launch of the ARC A-series gpu lineup, including A380, A750, A770 8GB and A770 16GB, Intel is releasing periodically, always more frequently, new updated drivers for its gpu fleet.
Today, we going to see the improvements obtained to the Intel ARC A750 from the latest driver.
We compared the gpu equipped with the launch driver version 3490 against to the same Arc A750 but this time with last 4146 driver installed.
The test system utilized includes the Asus Prime Z690-A motherboard equipped with
Intel CORE i7-12700k cpu cooler by Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420, 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 memory operating up to 6000 MHz of frequency. As storage there is the Crucial MX500 1TB SSD and at the core of power of the whole system there is the Corsair RM1000X PSU.
Both gpu have been tested at 1080p, 1440p resolutions in Ultra settings on more 10 differents game including:

PRICE PERFORMANCE
ARC A750 v.4146 VS v.3490 - Value for Money, 12 Games Averge, 1440p.
Although, at launch the price of ARC A750 was about $290. Currently, the price has been shashed to around at $250/€280.
The increase of performances brought by the latest driver toghether the drop in price did that the price/performance index has changed.
If previuosly, at release the Intel graphic card scored an average of 3.25 $/FPS. Now the same card totalized of 2.51 $/FPS.
CONCLUSION
Always more, every new driver releasing Intel makes better its Arc A750 gpu and with the release of the latest driver 4146 version, the Intel Arc A series A750 has obtained massive performance improvements in most of the games tested by us.
In most of the games tested including Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Battlefield V, Control, F1 2022, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil Village, Red Dead Redemption 2, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, it was recorded an enhancement between 3.7 % and 6%, until even 9% in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
Above all, in terms of performance, the latest driver provides an incredible performance boost in CS:GO with average framerate pratically doubled with 134% faster, compared to launch driver.
Moreover, 250$, is a good, nay a very tempting price . If before you have some doubt to buy one, now you will no reason not to.
